Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Tycoons Allstars website or participating in our cheerleading and dance programs. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Registration and Enrollment:

  1. All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  2. Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and may require payment of fees or deposits as specified.

Code of Conduct:

  1. All participants, including athletes, parents, guardians, staff members, and spectators, are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, promoting respectful behavior, inclusivity, and sportsmanship.
  2. Any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Fees and Payments:

  1. All program fees, including registration fees and tuition, must be paid according to the specified deadlines and payment terms.
  2. If, for any reason, a participant needs to leave mid-season, competition payments will not be refunded, and they will be required to pay a re-choreography fee of £50 per routine.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  1. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may be subject to administrative fees or deductions.

Health and Safety:

  1. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact their participation in our programs.
  2. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety, and we recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.
  3. Participants and their legal guardians acknowledge and understand that participation in cheerleading and dance activities carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. Tycoons Allstars, its coaches, associates, Academy HQ, or staff members will not be held liable for any injuries, including serious injury or death, that may occur during participation.
  4. Athletes consume food and drink at their own risk, acknowledging the potential choking hazard associated with eating and drinking.

Intellectual Property:

  1. All content, including but not limited to logos, text, images, videos, and designs, displayed on the Tycoons Allstars website and materials, are the property of Tycoons Allstars and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Liability:

  1. Tycoons Allstars and its staff members will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, damages, or theft that may occur during participation in our programs or the use of our facilities.
  2. Participants and their legal guardians assume all risks associated with participating in cheerleading and dance activities.

Privacy Policy:

  1. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using our website or providing personal information, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Amendments and Termination:

  1. Tycoons Allstars reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
